These courses are specially created for mature students. Various types of courses have been devised to suit the individual needs and expectations of adult language learners.

These courses have been specially developed for school groups and other organised closed groups of adults that may wish to benefit from a collective learning experience that is either purely language oriented or that combines special interest programmes with language learning.

Beginner

Beginner courses are specially designed for students with minimal or no knowledge of English at all. Through this course students will learn how to recognise and use common words, greetings and everyday expressions in addition to the correct use of basic grammar.

Elementary

Students attending this course would be expected to possess a limited vocabulary and knowledge of basic grammar. Usually such students would be able to understand basic messages, instructions and directions and talk about interests and everyday activities.

Pre-intermediate

Pre-intermediate courses are most suited for students who can understand conversations spoken slowly and distinctly. A student, at this level of English, usually has a fair control of pronunciation and language structure, however, vocabulary is still limited.

Intermediate

Intermediate courses are designed for students who already possess a solid foundation of the English language and can read, write and converse fluently on familiar topics. General sentence structure is usually good, however, style and expression need to be developed further.

Upper-intermediate

Students attending this course would be expected to read and write with ease, have a high level of grammatical competence and can argue and support points of view with confidence. On completion of the course the student will be able to express himself well in both oral and written English.

Advanced

In order to attend an advanced course in English, students should have an excellent command of vocabulary, reading and writing skills, and grammar. The aim of such courses is usually to present students with a new set of skills and strategies which respond to the student's specific requirements.
