Duly completed enrolment forms must be accompanied by a 25% deposit for the booking to be confirmed. A course voucher confirming registration details and a receipt for the deposit shall be mailed to all students once the enrolment form together with the deposit are received by the school. Students must present these documents on the first day of the course. The remaining 75% of the total fee are to be paid on the first day of the course. The deposit and the final settlement can be effected through SWIFT, international bank cheque or by credit card - VISA or Eurocard. The final settlement can also be effected in cash. If a reservation is cancelled four weeks or more before the course commences a cancellation fee of € 50.00 shall be charged. If a reservation is cancelled less than four weeks before the course commences, the full deposit shall be forfeited. There can be no refund if a student arrives after the first day of the course, is absent during the course or leaves before the end of the course. In addition, any pre-paid services cannot be refunded. If a course is cancelled by the school, a complete refund of the amount remitted to Clubclass shall be effected. Students under 18 years of age will only be accepted upon presentation of a letter signed by one parent or legal guardian confirming that the school shall not be held responsible for any mishap occurring off the school premises. Notwithstanding Clubclass personnel shall, as far as possible, pay particular attention to the welfare of all minors. Students suffering of any illness or disability are obliged to inform the school upon registration providing all relevant details. Enrolments are accepted subject to the service being available. Clubclass reserves the right to alter any services and fees without notice provided that the substitute service is at least of the same standard or classification as that originally applied for. The school also reserves the right to cancel a course provided that at
least 7 days notice is given to all participants.
If only one student is participating at a particular level, the student will be upgraded to a Person-to-Person course with reduced hours - student will get ? of the hours. The school may, without being liable in any manner whatsoever, exclude any person from any service applied for, if, in the opinion of the management, he/she appears likely to endanger or impair the health, safety or comfort of other persons using the same services, or endanger the reputation of the school by his/her acts or omissions. Students shall be held responsible for any damages caused in the school, in the residential facilities and during any other service offered by the school. The school may alter any course schedule or change the timetable if and when necessary. Courses can be held in the morning or the afternoon. Students are advised to register any complaints regarding courses, accommodation, or any other service provided by the school or its sub-contractors, with any member of the management team within 48 hours of the occurrence. Complaints shall not be entertained unless they are presented in writing. The school reserves the right not to award a course certificate to students who are absent for more than twenty percent of their lessons without reasonable justification. English is to be used at all times. No food or drink, apart from water, is to be taken into classrooms. No smoking is permitted inside the school. Mobile phones are to be switched off in class. Students are expected to be punctual for lessons. The teacher has the right to exclude any student who arrives late. Students should dress appropriately for lessons. Swimming is not permitted between lessons.
